30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To start a request, email support@zyrohome.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the request, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective
We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
Conditions
- Items should be returned in their original condition with all parts and accessories.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are always eligible for a free replacement or full refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your request is approved (or your return is received and inspected), we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange when stock is available.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
