These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of zyrohome.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from ZyroHome ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors and may cancel an order affected by an error, in which case you will receive a full refund. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5. Product information and use

We try to describe products and show colors accurately, but small differences may occur. Use products only as intended and follow the included instructions. Pet products should be used under supervision; stop using a product if your pet shows discomfort.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the Store (text, graphics, logos and images) belongs to ZyroHome or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZyroHome is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
