Shipping Policy
ZyroHome ships to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates
- Free tracked shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
- Orders under $35: flat rate of $4.99.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Some products ship from US warehouses and may arrive sooner.
Because our products ship from different partner warehouses, an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for this.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. You can also check your order status at any time from the link in your confirmation email.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@zyrohome.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
